Lead Shipping and Receiving safety and productivity at Michelman’s Shell Location in Cincinnati, supporting daily warehouse operations. Guide teams while participating directly in material handling activities.

The Shipping and Receiving Team Leader reports to the Warehouse Manager and provides direction during daily processes. This working lead supports cross-functional execution, customer on-time delivery expectations, and Operations across the Americas. The position also contributes to people and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach employees daily through leadership, instruction, and engagement
- Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures
- Initiate continuous improvement for Shipping and Receiving processes
- Escalate safety,



production, quality, and personnel issues
- Manage schedules, staffing levels, and facility security

Requirements:

- Three years of shipping and receiving experience
- Knowledge of picking, packing, documentation, and truck loading
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience preferred
- Ability to lead and coach others
