We are looking for a Senior Director, Wastewater , to lead the growth and delivery of our municipal wastewater practice across British Columbia. This leadership role combines strategic business development, client engagement, technical oversight, and team leadership to support the successful execution of complex wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects. As a senior technical advisor, you will help shape project solutions, mentor staff, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Infrastructure sector. The role will be based out of our Vancouver office, in a hybrid model.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and design direction on major wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, including environmental assessments, planning, approvals, conceptual design, preliminary design, detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
- Direct the planning and execution of wastewater treatment facilities, sewage collection systems, and sewage pumping stations.
- Oversee project coordination, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and quality assurance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and project partners throughout project development and implementation.
