Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multiple teams contributing to complex strategic initiatives
- Orchestrate end-to-end value streams for efficient delivery
- Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos
- Manage dependencies, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions
- Lead governance forums covering capacity, risks, and timelines

Requirements:

- Advanced French proficiency
- More than 10 years managing projects and complex IT solutions
- At least 3 years as a Release Train Engineer
- Experience with SAFe, scaled Kanban, or Lean Portfolio Management
- PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent certification
