About the Team Door Dash Drive is our white label fulfillment platform powering e-commerce for merchants on and off the Door Dash platform. The Drive New Verticals team partners with merchants across Grocery, Convenience, Retail, and Pharma to strategically and operationally address their e-commerce and logistics needs through our three-sided marketplace.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our New Verticals Drive Strategy & Operations team, passionate about scaling high-growth products. This team focuses on growing Last Mile Delivery and Dasher Shop & Deliver for our Drive partners, with this role specifically focused on Dasher Shop & Deliver. In this role,



you will unlock accessibility to local businesses on their own terms by launching new products and services to expand both Door Dash’s and merchants’ total addressable market. You will work on growth, profitability, and merchant strategy initiatives to scale our Dasher Shop & Deliver offering across Grocery and other New Verticals categories. You will partner cross-functionally to improve product quality and operational excellence, contribute to the ideation, testing, and execution of recent services and features, and support profitability efforts through data-driven recommendations, financial modelling for merchant negotiations and new-net merchant contracts, and
