Apply clinical expertise in anesthesia nursing and intensive care at Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, working days in person. This full time position supports Surgery within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

The Clinical Resource Nurse provides specialized clinical support in the Anesthesia/OR setting. The position requires recent anesthesia or ICU nursing experience, with surgery experience preferred. You will apply IV establishment, invasive monitoring, patient teaching, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish IVs for patients receiving clinical care
- Set up and interpret invasive monitoring
- Provide patient and family teaching
- Work collaboratively with other health disciplines
- Complete assigned duties regularly and consistently

Requirements:

- Minimum three years recent anesthesia or ICU nursing experience
- Minimum three years recent surgery experience preferred
- Current CRNM registration and BCLS certification
- Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
- Critical thinking and independent work abilities
