Purpose

The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Business Manager supports the ECM business within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB). The ECM Business Manager is a part of the CIB Business Management (BM) team, which is responsible for advancing strategy, financial management, performance monitoring, and execution oversight of the strategic initiatives across the platform. The role supports delivery of these activities as part of the business management team.

Working closely with members of the business management team, head of and senior leaders within ECM, CIB Sector Heads, Finance, Communications, Business Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and other control functions, this role helps drive ECM business performance, enable growth, and ensure alignment with CIB and
