As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage full-cycle corporate recruiting across diverse business lines. The work combines executive consulting, market intelligence, innovative sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience. You will support a federally regulated, matrixed workplace while managing specialized head-office profiles and strategic talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise VPs, SVPs, AVPs, and senior managers on recruitment
- Manage 40 to 60 end-to-end recruitment requisitions
- Develop sourcing and pipelining campaigns for active candidates




- Promote the enterprise employer brand across professional networks
- Analyze recruitment indicators to improve operations

Requirements:

- Five to eight-plus years of corporate recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources or business
- Experience consulting senior executives on complex corporate portfolios
- Enterprise ATS or HRIS proficiency; Workday strongly preferred
- French and English bilingualism strongly preferred
