As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will execute internal and external theft and fraud strategies within assigned stores. You will communicate with management and associates, support operational concerns, and use CCTV, exception reports, and Electronic Article Surveillance systems. The work requires integrity, responsiveness, and focus on store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prevent financial loss from theft, fraud, and organized retail crime
- Conduct surveillance and audit Electronic Article Surveillance systems
- Detain and interview apprehended shoplifters under applicable procedures
- Write reports, preserve evidence,



and interact with law enforcement
- Drive store safety and environmental compliance programs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- One or more years’ retail Loss Prevention experience preferred
- Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office knowledge
- Effective communication, analysis, negotiation, and issue resolution skills
- Valid security guard or private investigator license where applicable
