ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Forge Rock Developer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Forge Rock-based identity solutions, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management across enterprise applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using the Forge Rock platform.
Configure and customize Forge Rock components including:
Forge Rock Identity Management (IDM)
Forge Rock Identity Gateway (IG)
Develop authentication and authorization workflows, adaptive authentication, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and REST APIs.
Create and customize policies, journeys, workflows, and access controls.
Automate user provisioning,



de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, application integrations, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement identity governance and compliance requirements.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and migration initiatives.
Develop technical documentation and implementation guides.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong experience with Forge Rock IAM Suite (AM, IDM, DS, IG).
Hands-on experience with:
Identity Governance
Expertise in OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, LDAP, SCIM, and JWT.
Experience with application integration and API security.
Knowledge of Directory Services and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.
