We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on Head of Studio to lead our Traditional Studio, Gen AI Studio, and Marketing Production functions, reporting to the Global CCO. This senior leadership role blends studio leadership, executive creative and production oversight, post‑production expertise,



and Gen AI innovation, setting creative and technical standards, pioneering hybrid traditional and AI‑powered workflows, shaping pricing and commercial models, and partnering with senior client stakeholders and platform partners to deliver content at scale.
Role responsibilities
Own output and performance accountability for Traditional Studio, Gen AI Studio, and Marketing Production
Directly manage Motion/Editorial Leads, Gen AI Lead, and Associate Director of Studio; set creative and technical standards across all three studios
Report studio performance, capacity, and roadmap to the Global CCO
Traditional Studio (Physical Production, Motion Graphics & Content at Scale)
Own all live‑action shoot execution across the studio’s work
Own motion graphics, configurators, website motion, social, and at‑scale content production
