Role Description

This part-time Commission Sales Rep role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with a combination of on-site client visits and work-from-home activities.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and contacting retail accounts, presenting Strathearn Books’ book promotions, and negotiating terms within defined guidelines. The role involves maintaining regular communication with existing clients, following up on orders, and tracking sales performance. The Sales Rep will also prepare basic sales reports, gather market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to support new releases and special campaigns. Compensation is commission-based, with opportunities to increase earnings by expanding
