About the role Quantum Reach helps businesses modernize operations through digital transformation and AI infrastructure. We need a lead generation specialist who can research B2 B prospects, verify contact information, and deliver clean, targeted lists. You will equip our sales team with qualified leads they can contact and close. Selling and closing deals are not part of this role.
What you will do Research decision makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and Operations Directors at companies that match our ideal customer profile.
Find and verify accurate email addresses and phone numbers using Hunter, Apollo, Zoom Info, or similar tools.
Deliver organized spreadsheets or CRM ready lists with company name, contact name, title, email, phone, Linked In, and relevant firmographic data.
Segment leads by industry, company size, location, and other targeting criteria.
Check for duplicates, outdated contacts,



and generic inboxes such as Maintain accurate data to support low bounce rates and solid deliverability.
Optional responsibilities Help set up cold email sequences in Instantly, Lemlist, Hub Spot, or similar tools if you have campaign experience.
Flag high intent leads using signals such as hiring activity, technology stack, or recent funding.
What you will bring Experience building B2 B cold outreach lists for sales teams.
Confidence using Linked In, Apollo, Hunter, Zoom Info, or similar platforms to research and verify contacts.
Careful data handling: accurate records without duplicates, fabricated addresses, or outdated information.
Ability to work independently, organize your workflow, and meet agreed deadlines.
Other experience we value Understanding of B2 B sales cycles and what makes a lead ready for a sales conversation.
Commission structure 100% commission based compensation, with on target earnings (OTE) of CAD $60,000 to $120,000+ per year. OTE is earning potential, not a guaranteed salary.
