Charger Logistics is looking for a Service & Parts Advisor to support the day-to-day operations of our truck and trailer maintenance shop based out of our Brampton location. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, working closely with mechanics, and managing parts inventory to ensure productive shop operations.

Job Duties

- Coordinate daily truck and trailer service and maintenance activities, ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with mechanics and Service Coordinators to prioritize repairs, assign work, and monitor job progress.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize equipment downtime and maintain fleet compliance.




- Track service requirements and coordinate with the Safety Department to notify drivers of upcoming maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, work orders, and service history in the company’s database.
- Manage truck and trailer parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and order parts as required.
- Coordinate parts availability with mechanics and service staff, ensuring parts are issued and tracked accurately.
