This Production Technician position supports English muffin and bun manufacturing for foodservice and retail customers. Technicians rotate through assigned packaging positions during each shift. Responsibilities include final quality control, documentation, equipment support, sanitation, and communicating production issues. The facility is part of C.H. Guenther and Son.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect muffins against customer requirements before bagging
- Operate packaging, bagging, metal detection, and box equipment
- Transparent jams and assist with changeovers and rebagging
- Stack packaged products on trays,



boxes, skids, or carts
- Maintain sanitation, documentation, and packaging-area organization

Requirements:

- High school education or equivalent
- Communication skills for production and quality issues
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms physically
- Ability to work in warm, noisy, and dusty conditions
- Ability to work around mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards
