About the Role





You will lead a portfolio of land development projects in the Edmonton region, act as a trusted advisor to developer and municipal clients, and help grow our Edmonton practice. Key responsibilities:

- Lead land, municipal and site development projects through conceptual, preliminary and detailed design, from early planning and approvals through construction.
- Oversee the design of site grading, utility servicing, roadways, pedestrian networks and stormwater management.
- Prepare and manage development applications, including Area Structure Plans, Outline Plans, rezoning, Development Permits, Development Agreements and Building Permits.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants and field services, and complete quality control reviews.
- Support tendering and construction, including contractor coordination, construction reviews, Requests for Information (RFIs) and progress
