Working under the Nurse Manager, this Clinical Nurse Supervisor supports staff members through the nursing process. The position focuses on helping determine effective therapeutic plans of care. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, evaluating, and modifying care as indicated. This is a direct patient care nursing position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership to Med Surg staff
- Assist staff in determining effective therapeutic care plans
- Apply the nursing process to patient care
- Plan and implement therapeutic plans of care
- Evaluate and modify care plans as indicated

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Vermont
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
