PM support to field specialists with 24/7 technical support team
Manage communications with customers (meetings, reviews (FAT,…), conference call, …
Responsible to improve the PM processes : project preparation, Service contracts, …
Ensure the profitability (no margin deviation) of the projects as per budget defined at tendering stage.
Management of Service projects : Recent install, Service contract,...
