Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports all aspects of store operations. You will optimize sales results, promote positive shopping experiences, and lead operational efficiency across the sales floor and digital platforms. The position also supports inventory management, visual presentation, and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma; business education is an asset
- Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
