Deliver and collect packages efficiently for FedEx Canada while operating computerized tracking systems and maintaining safe vehicle practices. This temporary position lasts up to 12 weeks.

As a Courier, you will provide courteous pick-up, delivery, and related customer service on an assigned route. You will inspect shipments, confirm Federal Express Canada service requirements, and maintain accurate paperwork. The work includes route planning, vehicle loading, package security, and customer communication. No experience is required, while one year of customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and pick up packages safely and efficiently
- Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts




- Load vehicles and plan effective delivery routes
- Operate tracking and dispatch systems accurately
- Answer questions about Federal Express Canada services

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior experience required
- One year customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
- Driving record with two or fewer recent violations or accidents
