As Engineering Manager, you lead the Manufacturing Engineering function and carry full accountability for its performance, from new-product process planning and equipment selection through volume-production process improvement.
Project North PES is Pangeo's recent aluminum die casting and machining plant in Vaughan, Ontario. As Engineering Manager, you lead the Manufacturing Engineering function and carry full accountability for its performance, from new-product process planning and equipment selection through volume-production process improvement. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role through start‑up and ramp. You'll plan process routes, tooling, and fixtures, provide the process support that recent launches and running production need, and drive efficiency, cost, safety, and quality through engineering. Given the role's urgency within Project North, you may start ahead of full plant relocation and travel to China for technical training during equipment
