Lead financial reporting and accounting operations at Ottawa Salus in a full time, Monday-to-Friday Finance Manager position. English is essential; French is an asset. Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Finance Manager leads daily Finance operations and strengthens reporting, planning, controls, systems, and service. This role combines technical accounting, team leadership, financial analysis, and process improvement. It supports accurate, timely financial information and informed organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, schedules, and financial records
- Coordinate annual budgets,



rolling forecasts, and cash flow forecasting
- Oversee funder reporting, audits, payroll, and statutory filings

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent
- CPA designation or final-stage completion
- Two years supervisory accounting department experience
- Five years managing accounting, payroll, and benefits administration
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems Apply financial reporting, accounting leadership, forecasting, and controls expertise to support Ottawa Salus and its Finance team.
