Lead business operations, financial planning, and administrative services for OCWA’s Georgian Highlands Regional Hub in Shelburne, Ontario. Travel throughout the assigned region as required. As Regional Hub Business Manager, you will oversee regional office operations under the Regional Hub Manager’s direction. Apply human resources, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, procurement, contract management, and business planning knowledge. Support management, improve processes, and coordinate regional programs, projects, clients, facilities, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business and administrative operations
- Develop regional change management and process improvement approaches
- Lead business planning, analysis, and quality service commitments




- Manage administrative and business-support teams
- Ensure regulatory, financial, legal, and policy compliance

Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario, including occasional overnight travel
- Knowledge of human resources practices and collective agreements
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and contract oversight
- Robust written and verbal communication skills Bring operational leadership, financial management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination expertise to OCWA’s regional water services.
