Lead Emergency Department quality improvement at Northumberland Hills Hospital while guiding interprofessional care delivery, resource use, and patient flow. This temporary, full-time Clinical Supervisor reports to the Patient Care Manager. The position leads clinical evaluation, project management, and performance improvement while coaching staff through challenging circumstances. It supports coordinated services and exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead department projects supporting growth, responsibility, respect, and safety
- Monitor Pay for Performance metrics, productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Support patient experience and patient safety reporting processes
- Develop policies and guidelines supporting best-practice patient pathways




- Lead quality improvement initiatives through shared governance

Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred
- Registration in good standing with a relevant skilled college
- Comprehensive Emergency Care and Performance Indicators knowledge required
- Five years of current emergency department experience preferred
- Project management and Quality Improvement experience required Bring emergency care knowledge, leadership, and quality improvement project management to Northumberland Hills Hospital’s Emergency Department.
