Key Responsibilities:

- Provide telephone triage and timely medical advice
- Support callers experiencing mental health, addictions, or crises
- Apply clinical judgment and protocols to determine care dispositions
- Complete confidential medical records promptly
- Give transparent information and direction during patient encounters

Requirements:

- Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing
- Minimum two years of recent triage or clinical experience
- Active CRNNL licensure or willingness to obtain it
- Comfort using telephone systems and computer software
