Lead cyber resilience testing and offensive security at EQ Bank, using red team exercises and threat simulations in a hybrid Toronto setting. This lead role designs, plans, and executes the bank’s Cyber Resilience Testing and offensive security program. You will manage continuous red team and infrastructure penetration testing objectives, plan threat simulation activities, and present technical control effectiveness. The work also supports cyber roadmap prioritization. Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute red team and cyber threat simulations Develop annual penetration testing objectives and execution plans Assess Enterprise Cyber Security Controls effectiveness Maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines for assigned domains Provide technical guidance to teams and stakeholders Requirements:

Seven years of technical IT experience minimum Three to five years in offensive security roles Computer science diploma, degree, or recognized certification Solid knowledge of MITRE cyber controls testing frameworks Engineering, automation, and security automation experience Apply cyber resilience testing, offensive security, and stakeholder communication expertise to EQ Bank’s Toronto-based security programs.
