Coordinate utility projects for CIMA+ in Vancouver using project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication expertise. Work through a flexible hybrid model. This Project Coordinator supports complex, high-risk infrastructure projects across CIMA+’s project management team. The work involves multidisciplinary coordination, project documentation, cost control, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with major energy projects is required. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering complex infrastructure projects safely Monitor milestones, resources, benefits, and project activities Maintain plans, risk registers, reports, and close-out summaries Manage scheduling, costs, quality, changes, procurement,



and compliance Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams Requirements:

Degree in engineering, construction, or a relevant field Minimum five years managing major energy projects Knowledge of OSH Standards and WorkSafe Regulations Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Analytical, interpersonal, and presentation communication abilities Bring utility project experience, safety knowledge, and robust coordination skills to CIMA+’s Vancouver infrastructure delivery team.
