Lead Entrust PKI Suite support across GO-PKI environments through monitoring, incident resolution, maintenance, and identity access management expertise.

This Senior Identity Access Management Consultant sustains large application implementations across development, testing, and production. The work includes Entrust PKI Suite, Sun Identity Manager, LDAP tools, web servers, SQL, Oracle databases, and operating systems. You will support incidents, changes, client integrations, system management, disaster recovery, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor GO-PKI service health, performance, status, and alerts
- Maintain, patch, back up, and recover service components
- Coordinate incidents and changes across production environments
- Design, test, deploy,



and document client integrations
- Transfer GO-PKI knowledge and support procedures to OPS employees

Requirements:

- 10+ years sustaining large identity and access management systems
- At least 4 years supporting Entrust PKI Suite implementations
- Experience with PKI, PMI, SSL, encryption, and authentication
- Experience with ITIL, quality assurance, and release management
- Solid verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills
