Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a senior product manager for its Enterprise Architecture team, supporting the AI-Powered Software Delivery initiative in Toronto. The role owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap for capabilities that modernize enterprise software delivery with AI. Responsibilities

Set product direction and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap for AI-powered software delivery capabilities. Partner with engineering and Enterprise Architecture to sequence delivery and balance feasibility with value. Align stakeholders across risk, compliance, delivery teams, and leadership. Manage products from planning through launch and follow-up, including release planning, communications, user guides, and enablement. Define and track product success measures, including adoption, engagement, NPS, and time-to-value.



Conduct user and market research and promote responsible, governed AI. Qualifications

5-7+ years of product management experience, including ownership from strategy through launch and iteration. Experience defining product vision and roadmaps in cross-functional technical environments. Strong stakeholder communication, prioritization, and data-informed decision-making skills. Experience with go-to-market planning, release management, and product communications or enablement. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and responsible AI considerations. Experience with developer tools, platform products, software delivery tooling, financial services, regulated industries, enterprise architecture, or cloud platforms is an asset. Location:
