This Occupational Therapist joins the centralized Rehab Service and serves various hospital units as required. The position supports medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and integrated stroke patients. Care includes dysphasia management, rehabilitation goals, and safe discharge planning within interprofessional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy across hospital units as assigned
- Support patient care within centralized Rehab Service
- Contribute to rehabilitation goals and safe discharge planning
- Provide dysphasia management within a hospital-based program




- Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Valuable-standing membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
- Hospital-based program experience including dysphasia management
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
