LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and founded by the team that helped scale Facebook to over a billion users, our mission is to make affordable mobile communications accessible to everyone on the planet. We design, build, and continuously evolve a powerful digital commerce and monetisation platform, Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, that drives valuable business outcomes for global telecom operators. Today, it is trusted by Deutsche Telekom, T‑Mobile, A1, Globe, Liberty Latin America, MTN, Singtel and others to run strategic businesses that support millions of users globally. We are also the company behind Nomad (nomadesim.com), one of the world’s leading travel eSIM solutions. Nomad gives travellers fast, affordable mobile data in 200+ destinations worldwide, all through a seamless iOS, Android, or web experience. LotusFlare’s momentum continues to accelerate. We recently announced a strategic partnership and equity investment from Ericsson, further strengthening our market position and global reach. If you’re excited by global scale, real‑world impact, and solving complex problems in a fast-moving workplace, you’ll fit right in.
About the role
You will own the platform that helps our sales and marketing teams bring LotusFlare to life for CSPs, showing what our technology can do in the context of each customer's business. It is also a place to build and try new ideas that are not yet part of the core product, so we can learn what excites the market before we commit to them. You will report to the director of product and lead a team of four engineers. Responsibilities
Discovery and roadmap
Talk regularly with sales, pre‑sales and marketing to learn demo pain points, upcoming client needs and conference plans.
Balance two kinds of demos: live sales‑call demos tailored to a specific CSP, and booth demos that must run reliably and with little supervision. Check each demo request against current DNO capabilities and decide what belongs on the platform roadmap, what is a one‑off, and what is a request to the core product team. Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Create the demo process, user guides and training that drive adoption by non‑technical users. Experimental features
Set up how experiments are proposed, selected and scoped, and keep them small enough to ship quickly. Define up front what each experiment must show, such as client reaction in demos, conference interest or sales feedback. Decide, with the evidence, whether an experiment graduates to the core product roadmap, continues, or is retired. Hand graduating features to the core product team with the context they need. Keep experiments clearly labelled so sales never presents an unreleased feature as available. Leading the team and delivery
Lead a team of four engineers: set priorities, give feedback and support their growth. Run sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives, using Scrum or Kanban as fits the team. Own delivery of features from requirements through to production release. Track dependencies on other teams, flag risks early and keep stakeholders informed of timelines.
Report progress and results to leadership in plain, non‑technical terms. Technical partnership and demo quality:
Work with the engineering lead and backend teams on API integrations and data flows between the platform and DNO systems. Define requirements for how AI tools and agents set up demo environments, generate demo data and build demo experiences, so sales can prepare demos with minimal engineering support. Take part in architecture discussions, understand the tradeoffs, and help the team make decisions. Work with engineering to keep demo environments, data and key journeys stable, with automated tests where they pay off, so every demo is client‑ready. Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or platform products. Experience owning features or a product from discovery through delivery. Experience working with sales, pre‑sales or marketing teams as users or stakeholders. Comfortable working daily with engineers and writing clear tickets and acceptance criteria. Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Hands‑on use of AI tools in your own work, and the ability to prototype ideas quickly. Experience running sprint ceremonies for an engineering team. Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including leadership. Experience leading or mentoring people is a plus; if you have not managed engineers before, tell us how you have led without authority. Nice to have
Telecom or digital BSS domain knowledge. Experience building products for internal users. Familiarity with AI agents and MCP servers. Experience with demo tooling or conference and event demos. At LotusFlare, we attract and keep amazing people by offering two key things:
