As a Public Utilities Rates Analyst 4, you will provide technical support on routine to complex gas and electric utility matters. Your work covers rate design, rate of return, cost recovery, energy conservation, resource planning, and forecasting. You may also act as a situational lead worker. Key Responsibilities:
