As a Proposal Strategist, you provide strategic and tactical support across services and sectors. You will manage proposal processes, co-author pursuit content, and support oral presentations. The work involves Client Executives, client service professionals, designers, Canadian Proposal Strategists, and international Proposal Coordinators. Your focus is helping teams win recent business through coordinated, high-quality responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic communications for complex, significant proposals
- Research, write, and edit customized proposal content
- Facilitate bid response meetings and win strategy sessions
- Coordinate contributors, schedules, action items, and proposal deadlines
- Review collateral for quality, format, content, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Strong business acumen and proposal management understanding
- Microsoft Office and cloud-based technology proficiency
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; English fluency required
