Lead global P2C enablement across Toronto, Indy, or Seattle, applying training strategy and change management expertise to diverse stakeholders.

As Manager, Global P2C Innovation Readiness & Enablement, you will lead training delivery for GSX Enablement and Change programs. Evaluate stakeholder needs, recommend learning interventions, and guide projects through objectives, scope, planning, resources, and execution. Support alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead P2C Domains for Global Seller Experience, Tooling, and Operators
- Formulate enablement strategies covering engagement, communications, and training
- Manage end-to-end change programs and mitigate project risks
- Create messaging, training materials, presentations, and status reports




- Develop impact assessments documenting technology changes across business roles

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, instructional design, or related discipline
- Seven-plus years developing training or change management strategies
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience leading enterprise-wide, transformational change initiatives
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional training project teams
