This full-time position supports current product development within a team of Engineers and Design Specialists. You will develop Fluidpower concepts, define product architecture, and guide system-level decisions. The work includes component selection, design documentation, validation planning, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Fluidpower concepts and system-level designs
- Size and select hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Create design documentation and validation plans
- Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions
- Support FMEA and product development processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 10+ years of related design experience
- Expertise in hydraulic standards and compliance requirements
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling water systems
- Fluid mechanics simulation and data analysis skills
