As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Front Store Manager while contributing to store performance. Your work includes recruitment, training, performance evaluations, customer service, merchandising, and health and wellness expertise. The position requires previous retail supervision and one to two years of retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate sales ability and leadership capabilities
- Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development
- Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care
- Support budgeted sales, inventory, labour, and expense targets




- Implement merchandising, marketing, planogram, and advertising initiatives

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience within a retail environment
- One to two years of retail workplace experience
- Exceptional multitasking and adaptability skills
- Proven customer service and effective communication skills
- Previous financial report reviewing and analyzing experience
