The Miller Group, a Colas Canada subsidiary, seeks an HSE Coordinator for Southwest construction and paving operations. You will support health, safety, and environmental programs across civil operations, plants, laboratories, and other facilities. The work includes site visits, documentation, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and compliance reviews
- Verify training, certifications, permits, and required documentation
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns
- Maintain HSE records, reports, audits,



and training activities
- Guide supervisors, managers, and employees on hazard controls

Requirements:

- Valid G-Class Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle access
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Ontario
- Availability for evening and night shifts
- Robust communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
