Lead complex global perks transformations, design, implement, and optimize EC Global Benefits solutions across geographies, and align benefits technology with HR strategy and compliance.

You will partner with clients to translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits solutions, drive governance, and mentor delivery teams in a global program
