Fraser Health is hiring a Physiotherapist for its Rehabilitation team until approximately November 2027 or the incumbent’s return. You will assess physical status, establish diagnoses and prognoses, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers. Care may occur in hospital, community, homes, or virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess physical status, functional abilities, needs, and patient goals
- Develop evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention strategies
- Implement treatments and educate patients on self-management




- Evaluate responses and modify intervention strategies
- Collaborate on interprofessional care planning and discharge

Requirements:

- Current full registration with the CPTBC
- Knowledge of physiotherapy theory, practice, tests, and equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Physical ability to perform position duties
