Bring advanced Excel and invoice validation expertise to ONxpress as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting the Track Alliance. Process high-volume transactions accurately while working with vendors and internal stakeholders.

This newly created position supports ONxpress Civils, the Design and Construction team modernizing key GO Transit rail infrastructure. You will manage invoice processing, purchase order matching, payment proposals, credit card approvals, and reconciliations. The work requires detailed records, effective communication, and structured problem-solving across manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process high volumes of invoices under company policies
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation

- Prepare and validate weekly payment proposals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Three or more years of Accounts Payable experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel formula proficiency
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder communication skills
- SAP or Aconex familiarity is advantageous
