At Litera, you will own end-to-end design for a core product area across Microsoft add-ins, web, and mobile. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to frame problems and deliver user-centered solutions. The work includes navigating complex legal workflows while balancing speed, craft, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own design from research and problem framing through release
- Shape scope, challenge assumptions, and set product priorities
- Align Product, Legal SMEs, and Engineering stakeholders
- Use analytics, research, and domain expertise for decisions
- Improve design processes and champion user-centered practices

Requirements:

- Five or more years designing and shipping live products
- B2B SaaS experience elevating design maturity
- Working knowledge of AI design principles
- Microsoft ecosystem design experience, including add-ins
- Solid stakeholder alignment and design rationale presentation skills
