Lead Pro-Rod Micro Plant operations in Lloydminster with inventory management, dispatching, welding, and customer service responsibilities. This permanent, full-time position primarily works day shifts.

As Shop Foreman, you will provide leadership for ChampionX’s Pro-Rod Coiled Rod Micro Plant, transitioning to SLB through planned integration. You will oversee plant and field services, coordinate product delivery, and communicate with manufacturing, customers, vendors, and contractors. The position requires leadership experience, communication skills, and basic Microsoft Office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Pro-Rod Micro Plant operations and field services
- Coordinate orders, product delivery, invoicing, and dispatching




- Manage recent and customer-inspected product inventory
- Operate cranes, welders, and Micro Plant equipment
- Support Operations Supervisor and resolve administrative discrepancies

Requirements:

- Previous leadership experience is required
- High School diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Drug, alcohol, fitness-to-work, and drivers’ abstract testing
