As Senior Manager of Facilities & Real Estate, you will support site selection, portfolio planning, lease administration, and facility operations. The work connects real estate decisions with business objectives across Alcanza’s multi-site network. You will also manage construction projects, vendors, budgets, and workplace improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support site selection, feasibility assessments, and portfolio planning
- Manage lease renewals, amendments, and landlord relationships
- Oversee construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
- Ensure facilities remain safe, operational,



and occupancy-ready
- Manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and service delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and three-plus years of related experience
- Experience with real estate contracts, leases, and terminology
- Experience managing construction projects, timelines, budgets, and capital projects
- Robust project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
