As Lead Technician, you support the Service Operations Manager and extend site management through technical, administrative, and leadership responsibilities. You coordinate maintenance, supervise technician performance, and help maximize turbine availability. The work includes customer communication, contractor oversight, documentation, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Site Operations Manager
- Troubleshoot and repair SG 4X turbines and related systems
- Support outage planning, manpower coordination, and contractor oversight
- Submit reports, work orders, checklists,



and inventory documentation
- Respond to emergency outages through on-call rotations

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of wind turbine experience
- Siemens Gamesa 4X troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems knowledge
- Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and visa for required travel
