Lead consolidated financial reporting and modeling as a Corporate Controller in Stoney Creek, supporting residential and commercial real estate operations.

This full time, permanent Corporate Controller role leads finance activities across multiple legal entities. You will partner with the VP of Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. The position also oversees controls, audits, analysis, and accounting team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across legal entities
- Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain controls and standardize accounting reporting processes
- Lead audits and manage accounting professionals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or ACCA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3–5 years in consolidated financial reporting
- ASPE and Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
