As an experienced Asset Manager, you will maximize financial performance and long-term asset value. Your work spans rent rolls, operating expenses, discounted levered cash flows, budgets, forecasts, valuation, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor rent rolls, expenses, cash flows, budgets, and forecasts

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in real estate asset management or finance
