Lead proteomics demonstrations using SCIEX mass spectrometry platforms from the Center of Excellence in Concord, Canada. Develop reproducible analytical workflows for customer evaluations.

As Staff Scientist, you will deliver complex customer-facing demonstrations and scientific evidence supporting commercial outcomes. The role focuses on proteomics, liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry workflows, method development, and technical leadership. You will translate evaluations and emerging science into actionable product feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute advanced omics demonstrations using SCIEX mass spectrometry platforms
- Develop and validate methods, SOPs, benchmarks, and reference data
- Establish demonstration-readiness standards for assigned applications
- Coach global field application scientists and regional laboratories




- Translate collaborations into capabilities, insights, and product requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree experience
- Proteomics experience with a PhD and 7+ years preferred pathway
- Hands-on liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry workflow experience
- Experience with biological samples, method development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Experience delivering customer-facing demonstrations and controlled technical documentation
