As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands‑on Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper to lead our day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in an inventory‑based workplace and partnering closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, month‑end close
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records within Sage 50 and ERP systems
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections
- Monitor inventory transactions, landed costs, and inventory‑related accounting processes
- Prepare accurate financial reports and support management decision‑making
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, sales, and executive leadership

Qualifications

- 5+ years of full‑cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory‑driven businesses
- Strong proficiency with Sage 50 (or similar accounting software) and advanced Excel skills
- Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
