As Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing, you will own net-recent customer acquisition for Wealthsimple Business. You will define the channel mix, test messaging, and scale campaigns for SMB audiences. The work connects experimentation with pipeline handed to Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explore paid media, partnerships, content, and community acquisition channels
- Run CAC/LTV analysis and funnel experiments
- Test positioning and messaging for new SMB audiences
- Lead growth-motivated webinars and audience programs
- Embed AI into creative, research, and campaign experimentation





Requirements:

- Four to six-plus years in growth or performance marketing
- Experience generating demand through downstream pipeline measurement
- Experience building channel tests and funnel optimization experiments
- Analytical mindset for diagnosing funnels and prioritizing opportunities
- Clear written communication for cross-functional teams
