Requirements:

- Five or more years managing construction projects
- Mid-rise and retirement residence construction experience
- Strong drawings, specifications, contracts, and Ontario Building Code knowledge
- Budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills
- Procore, MS Project, and Excel experience
