Lead The Cascades Community in Chilliwack as Executive Director, combining person-centred care leadership with operational oversight. This is a permanent full time appointment.

At Sienna Senior Living, the Executive Director is the home’s most senior leader, reporting to regional operations leadership. You will sustain positivity, accountability, community, and caring while nurturing relationships with residents, families, team members, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a strong, effective management team
- Implement person-centred care and clinical services
- Direct and monitor overall home operations
- Support occupancy and preferred accommodation revenue strategies
- Maintain continuity across resident transitions and communications

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
- Three to five years progressive leadership experience
- Experience in long term care or health services
- Proven team and budget management experience
- Exceptional organization, judgement, and communication skills
